Warranty

All products sold by VerdProof include a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects from the date of delivery. Where a product page lists a longer manufacturer warranty, that period applies.

VerdProof handles warranty claims on your behalf. Email info@verdproof.com with your order number, photos and a description of the issue, and we coordinate a repair, replacement or refund with the manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, accidents or unauthorised modification. Installation should be done by a qualified local professional.
