Refund & returns policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date you received an item to return it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund goes to your original payment method.

For change-of-mind returns you pay the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Full 100% refund

We issue a full refund when:

• The order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window.
• The manufacturer is unable to fulfil the order.
• The wrong product was shipped (different specifications, model or quantity).
• The product arrived defective or damaged.
• The order is cancelled before shipment.

Wrong, damaged or defective items

Email info@verdproof.com with your order number, photos and a short description. We arrange a replacement or a full refund, your choice. You do not pay return shipping on damaged or defective items.

Restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

Refund timing

You receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. Funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Before opening a chargeback, please email info@verdproof.com — we will work with you directly and resolve it faster.
