Shipping & tracking

Processing time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If there is a significant delay with your shipment, we will contact you by email.

Delivery time and rates

• Standard shipping: 5 to 15 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.
• Products ship directly from our manufacturing partners via DHL, FedEx or UPS, depending on destination and origin warehouse.
• The shipping cost for your address and package weight is shown at checkout before you pay.
• During peak periods some shipments may take slightly longer.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

If you have not received tracking, email info@verdproof.com with your order number.

Countries we cannot ship to

Due to current limitations from our manufacturing partners, we are unable to deliver to:

• India, Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea
• Cuba, Syria, Myanmar, Nigeria
• The regions of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, the destination country may apply customs duties and taxes as part of standard import procedures. These are the buyer's responsibility, are not included in the product or shipping price, and in some destinations may be collected on delivery.

We always declare the actual paid value on customs documents, as required by international shipping rules. We recommend checking your country's import rules for renewable energy equipment before ordering.

Delayed or lost shipments

If your order is delayed, email info@verdproof.com with your order number and we will check with the manufacturer and carrier. If the delay becomes excessive, we issue a full refund.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
